Commercial Property, the leading B2B publication on the commercial real estate market of Ukraine, is pleased to invite to the VII International Architecture Forum “Architecture in the Era of Global Changes.” The event takes place at five-star Premier Palace Hotel in Kyiv, Ukraine, on June 15, 2018.
The world is changing rapidly due to the development of new technologies, ability to share the information and ideas at any time and place. People’s life style, mind-set and preferences also change. Economic situation on a global and local scale is not stable. Real estate and architecture due to the long development cycle (from concept till construction) cannot rapidly respond to such changes and adapt to the market situation and demand. In such conditions developers and architects have to be even more flexible and adaptive, diversify, think globally and long-term.
These and other issues will be covered at the VII International Architecture Forum:
Development of architecture – vision and forecasts by Ukrainian and foreign experts.
What steps should developers and architects take in the context of globalization?
How can developers, architects and engineers create effective and sustainable projects and vice versa – what kind of mistakes can “kill” the idea?
Can the flexible and adaptive approach meet the challenges that developers and architects face today?
Innovative technologies and materials for new projects.
The program includes:
Live presentations by Ukrainian and foreign experts, having profound practical experience in development, architecture, consulting.
Case-marathon “New Solutions: How to Prevent Old Mistakes” (short presentations of projects, new technical and engineering solutions, new construction materials).
Panel discussions “Principles of the Circular Economy in Architecture and Energy Independence of Real Estate Schemes” and “Pitfalls of Changing State Construction Norms (DBN).”
Audience of the forum is 150 people. Architecture and design bureaus, development, engineering, and construction companies, consulting companies, producers and suppliers of construction materials, engineering equipment, eco and energy effective and smart solutions for commercial and residential projects, and also law firms and industry organizations are invited to take part in the VII International Architecture Forum.
