On June 20, the communal enterprise of Sumy city council “Elektroavtotrans” announced its intention to conclude a contract with IC “Arsenal Insurance” for compulsory motor third party liability insurance (MTPL).
As reported in the system of electronic public procurement Prozorro, the total expected cost of the tender amounted to UAH 934.3 thousand, the price offer of the company, the only bidder, amounted to UAH 514.9 thousand. SG “TAS” also participated in the tender with the offer of UAH 934,3 th. IC “Arsenal Insurance” is the legal successor of IC “Arsenal-Dnepr”, which has been operating in Ukraine since 2005. It is represented in all regional centers and some large cities of the country.
According to the NBU, the company is among the top ten leading insurers of Ukraine in terms of premiums collected by the end of 2024.

On June 23, PJSC Khmelnytskyoblenergo announced its intention to conclude a contract with IC VUSO for compulsory civil liability insurance for owners of land vehicles (OSAGO), according to the Prozorro electronic public procurement system.
With an expected cost of UAH 4.209 million, the price offered by VUSO, the only participant in the tender, was UAH 4.149 million.
VUSO Insurance Company was founded in 2001. It is a member of the Motor Transport Insurance Bureau of Ukraine and the National Association of Insurance Companies of Ukraine, a participant in the agreement on direct settlement of losses, and a member of the Nuclear Insurance Pool.

On June 19, Kirovogradoblenergo announced its intention to conclude a contract with VUSO Insurance Company for compulsory motor third party liability insurance. According to the Prozorro electronic procurement system, the expected price for the services was UAH 900,000. The company’s price offer was UAH 682,053.
The company won a similar tender a year ago. VUSO Insurance Company was founded in 2001. It is a member of the Motor Transport Insurance Bureau of Ukraine and the National Association of Insurance Companies of Ukraine, a participant in the agreement on direct settlement of losses, and a member of the Nuclear Insurance Pool.

On June 3, 2025, Naftogaz Digital Technologies LLC and Transmagistral Insurance Company signed an agreement on voluntary medical insurance for employees.
According to the Prozorro electronic public procurement system, the contract amount is UAH 7.466 million. The term for the delivery of goods, performance of work, or provision of services is June 1, 2025, to May 31, 2026.
Transmagistral, registered in 2003, specializes in providing services in the field of risk insurance.

On May 12, Ukrkhimtransammiak (Kyiv) announced its intention to conclude a tender agreement with Guardian Insurance Company (Kyiv) for compulsory motor third-party liability insurance for owners of land vehicles (OSAGO). According to the Prozorro electronic procurement system, the company’s bid was UAH 202,409 thousand against the expected cost of services of UAH 350,780 thousand.
The tender was also participated in by insurance companies Oranta with an offer of UAH 202,410 thousand and Kraina with an offer of UAH 242,4 thousand.
SK Guardian has been operating in the insurance market since 2007. According to the NBU, it is one of the top 15 risk insurance companies in Ukraine in terms of premiums collected in the first nine months of 2024.
It is a member of the presidium of the League of Insurance Organizations of Ukraine. Since January 2020, it has been a full member of the Motor (Transport) Insurance Bureau of Ukraine (MTIBU) and is authorized to issue Green Card policies.

On May 9, Kyivzelenbud, a Kyiv municipal association for green construction and maintenance of green spaces, announced a tender for compulsory motor third-party liability insurance, according to the Prozorro electronic public procurement system.
The expected cost of the insurance services is UAH 339,077 thousand.
The deadline for submitting tender bids is May 17.
