On August 10, the Deposit Guarantee Fund for Individuals (DGF) will hold an online auction in the Prozorro.Sale system for the sale of debt to Prominvestbank, which is subject to liquidation, under a loan agreement with the Terra-Food dairy processing company.
The starting price of assets is set at UAH 329.3 million and corresponds to the total debt of the financial institution under the loan agreement, according to the DGF website.
“Provided under the agreement – industrial real estate (property complexes for milk processing) with a total area of 52.2 thousand square meters with land plots with a total area of more than 9.5 hectares, equipment and vehicles in the Kyiv, Poltava, Vinnitsa and Nikolaev regions. Also residential real estate with land plots with a total area of about 1.4 thousand square meters and 0.4 hectares, respectively, in the Vasilkovsky district of the Kyiv region,” the Fund said in a statement.
In addition, the pledge under the agreement includes Terra-Food goods in circulation and shares in the charter capital of four companies.
Bidding will take place according to the Dutch model of the auction to reduce the price. Both legal entities and individuals can participate in the auction, except for borrowers and guarantors for loans, citizens of the Russian Federation or persons associated with the aggressor state.
As reported, the National Bank of Ukraine on February 25 revoked a banking license and liquidated banks under the control of the Russian Federation: JSC International Reserve Bank (formerly JSC Sberbank) and Joint Stock Commercial Industrial Investment Bank (PJSC Prominvestbank), which is 99.77% owned by PJSC Sberbank of Russia and the State Development Corporation VEB.RF.

Insurance companies Uniqa and Uniqa Life (both from Kyiv), which are part of the non-banking financial group Uniqa Ukraine, paid UAH 74.7 million in insurance claims in June this year, according to the website of IC Uniqa.
At the same time, it is noted that under auto insurance contracts, the total amount of insurance payments amounted to UAH 39.4 million, of which UAH 30.8 million for CASCO and UAH 6 million for OSAGO and DGO.
The total amount of payments under voluntary medical insurance contracts amounted to UAH 25.2 million. The amount of life insurance payments is UAH 8.2 million.
The largest payment in June was UAH 821.6 thousand. under a CASCO insurance contract.

The Motor (Transport) Insurance Bureau of Ukraine (MTIBU) introduces new tariffs for Green Card policies for those traveling abroad from July 26, 2022, according to the Bureau’s website.
According to a message on the bureau’s website, MTIBU has recalculated the cost of Green Card insurance certificates, which are being introduced upward by 26.3%.
The last change in tariffs was on July 18, 2022, downward by 4.4%.
Green Card policies have been implemented since 2009 in two types: all of Europe, Moldova. Also, from January 1, 2016, Ukrainian Green Card policies began to operate on the territory of Azerbaijan.
According to the MTIBU, the cost of a “Green Card” in Ukraine for 15 days for trips around Europe for cars rises to UAH 913 (previously – UAH 723), for buses – up to UAH 3,429 thousand (UAH 2,715 thousand), for trucks – up to UAH 2.153 thousand (UAH 1.705 thousand).
The cost of the “Green Card” for one month for cars is now UAH 1.453 thousand (previously UAH 1.150 thousand), buses – UAH 4.763 thousand (UAH 3.772 thousand), trucks – UAH 2.858 thousand (UAH 2.263 thousand) .
The cost of semi-annual and annual Green Card policies for cars is UAH 6,451 thousand and UAH 7,986 thousand, respectively, for buses – UAH 16,673 thousand and UAH 30,964 thousand, for trucks – UAH 13,529 thousand and UAH 25,534 thousand respectively.
The cost of policies for trips to Azerbaijan and Moldova for cars for 15 days will be UAH 665, for one month – UAH 978, for six months – UAH 2.242 thousand, for the year – UAH 3.193 thousand.
The amounts of unified insurance payments under international compulsory civil liability insurance contracts for owners of land vehicles are established by the Cabinet of Ministers on January 6, 2005 and are defined in euros.
“Green Card” – a system of insurance protection for victims of a traffic accident, regardless of their country of residence and the country of registration of the vehicle. The “Green Card” covers the territory of 47 countries of Europe, Asia and Africa.
According to the decision adopted by the General Assembly of the Council of Bureaux of the International Auto Insurance System “Green Card” in Luxembourg in May 2004, Ukraine has been a full member of this system since January 1, 2005.
PJSC Centravis Production Ukraine (Centravis Production Ukraine), part of the Centravis Ltd. holding, has resumed the production process after it was suspended last week due to shelling by Russian invaders of the city of Nikopol, Dnepropetrovsk region, where the company’s assets are located.
“Last week, we suspended production due to the tense situation in Nikopol. The shelling of Nikopol, fortunately, stopped. The employees of Centravis were not injured. The production equipment was not damaged. Today, the company’s team decided to resume production,” said the director of Chief Sales Officer, CSO Artem Atanasov in a letter to clients on Monday.
According to him, the production works in one shift.
In turn, sales managers continue to take orders.
“We are observing all security measures,” Atanasov stressed.
As reported, Centravis last week continued to ship products despite the suspension of production. At the same time, the supply of blanks to the enterprise was stable.
