On July 30, the Supervisory Board of Insurance Company “Euroins Ukraine” (Kyiv) terminated the powers of CEO Andriy Yakovenko based on his request to be transferred to the position of First Deputy CEO, the company reported via the NSSMC system.
It was also noted that Miroslav Boichin has been appointed CEO of the company. Previously, he served as chairman of the supervisory board of Euroins Ukraine from 2024 to 2026 and as CEO of PJSC “European Travel Insurance” (ETC Kyiv) from 2021 to 2026.
The company reports that, effective July 30, 2026, Andriy Yakovenko has been appointed first deputy chairman of the board of Euroins Ukraine Insurance Company.
By a resolution of the company’s extraordinary meeting on July 30, the powers of the entire supervisory board were terminated. Specifically, the terms of office of Supervisory Board Chair Miroslav Boichin and Supervisory Board members Todorka Georgieva and Ivan Hristov were terminated. Yanko Nikolov was appointed Chair of the Supervisory Board, and Todorka Georgieva and Ivan Hristov were appointed as members of the Supervisory Board.

According to the company’s interim report posted on the information disclosure system of the National Securities and Stock Market Commission (NSSMC), its gross premiums for this period amounted to UAH 1.043 billion (more than 2.2 times). UAH 201.8 million was transferred to reinsurance (more than 2.4 times).
During the period, the company paid out UAH 204.9 million, which is 16.7% more than during the same period a year ago. At the same time, administrative expenses amounted to UAH 53.037 million, which is 49.2% higher than in January-September 2024.
The financial result from operating activities of IC Euroins Ukraine for nine months amounted to UAH 64.5 million, net profit – UAH 55.8 million, while a year earlier the loss amounted to UAH 10.060 million and UAH 24.439 million, respectively.

The Supervisory Board of IC “Euroins Ukraine” on September 1, 2025 decided to terminate the activities of fifteen separate structural subdivisions, which have not been operating for a long time, the company reported in the information disclosure system of the National Commission on Securities and Stock Market (NCSSM).
In particular, we are talking about the sales center in Krasnoye settlement of Lviv regional directorate, a branch in Kharkiv, sales center in Kamenske of Dnipro regional directorate, sales centers № 4 and № 7 of Zaporizhzhya directorate, sales center in Skadovsk of Kherson regional directorate, a branch in Yuzhnoukrainsk of Mykolayiv region, Kherson regional directorate, sales center in Valki of Kharkiv regional directorate, sales center in Uman of Cherkassy regional directorate.

The National Bank of Ukraine (NBU) has applied to PJSC IC “Euroins Ukraine” a measure of influence in the form of a written warning for violation of certain requirements of legislation and regulatory documents, the NBU website reports.
Such a decision was made by the Committee for Supervision and Regulation of Non-Banking Financial Services Markets on July 21, 2025, based on the results of a scheduled inspection conducted by the Inspection Department of the NBU.
During the inspection was revealed, in particular, the violation of certain requirements established by the law “On Insurance”, the provisions of the NBU on the secrecy of insurance, on the peculiarities of the conclusion of insurance contracts with consumers, on the authorization of financial service providers and the conditions of their activities in the provision of financial services.
The information emphasizes that IC “Euroins Ukraine” is obliged to eliminate violations until September 22, 2025.
