BIOHACKING CONFERENCE ABOUT EFFICIENT HEALTH OPTIMIZATION TECHNIQUES TO TAKE PLACE IN KIEV ON NOVEMBER 11

In the modern world of rapid technological development, you need to do a lot to be successful and stay in the top. It is especially important to know how to stay healthy and enjoy a fulfilling life, be productive and push yourself beyond limits.
Answers to the most topical questions about upgrading the body and mind will be given at the first Biohacking Conference Kyiv, dedicated to innovative ways of improving health and prolonging youth. Organized by Smile-Expo, the event will take place on November 11, 2020.
Leading experts from various industries will speak at the event: doctors, scientists, gerontologists, biohackers and many others. Among them:

Experts will delve into the main biohacking tools and explain the interrelation of dieting and longevity. Separately, speakers will discuss how genetic researches help to detect health risks, determine parameters of food digestion, and draw up a disease prevention program. In addition, the reports will focus on a safe approach to sports training, the benefits of mindfulness meditations and health management intended to improve productivity in all areas of life.
About safety measures at the conference
To protect guests, speakers, participants, and sponsors of the event against catching coronavirus, Biohacking Conference Kyiv will adhere to all the requirements of the Ukrainian government and the Ministry of Healthcare aimed to prevent the spread of COVID-19.
The following preventive measures will be taken at event, among others:
– Admission to the event is allowed only in a protective face mask or respirator.
– Temperature screening at the entrance.
– Availability of antiseptics in the premises, where the event will take place.
– The number of conference attendees is restricted according to the requirements of the Ministry of Healthcare.
– The distance between chairs for guests will be at least 1.5 meters.

Biohacking Conference Kyiv will be held at Oasis conference hall on November 11.

15 UKRAINIAN STARTUPS TO PARTICIPATE IN STARTUP GRIND GLOBAL 2020 CONFERENCE IN SILICON VALLEY

The Ministry of Digital Transformation of Ukraine has announced the selection of 15 technology startups that will represent Ukraine at the tenth global conference of entrepreneurs and investors Startup Grind Global 2020 in Silicon Valley. The tender will be held jointly with Startup Grind Kyiv (the official representative of the international startup ecosystem Startup Grind) with the support of the U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID) program “Competitive Economy of Ukraine.”
“Mature startups who built the product can become participants in the program, they know firsthand what is profit and are ready to scale. To participate in the tender, startups need to fill out an online application form before 12:00 on December 16,” the ministry reported on the website.
The jury will review the online questionnaires received from startups from December 16 to December 19, 2019 and will select the 25 best from all over Ukraine for further live pitching and final selection.
Next, on December 19, 2019, a pitching session will be held, during which the jury will select and announce the 15 best startups, the winners of the contest, by voting.
The winners of the tender will receive a ticket to participate in the conference, an exhibition stand, promo participation in the conference and PR support of the organizers, as well as covering financial costs for logistics.
Startup Grind Global 2020 will be held in Silicon Valley in the United States on February 9-12, 2020. The event is attended by 300 teams from more than 125 countries, which present their products to 10,000 participants in the event.
Startup Grind Kyiv is the official representative of Startup Grind (the community has about 2 million of the best entrepreneurs in the world), has been holding regular events in Kyiv since 2014.

LITHUANIA AND UKRAINE DISCUSS PREPARATION FOR INTERNATIONAL UKRAINE REFORM CONFERENCE

Permanent Representative of Ukraine to the European Union Mykola Tochytsky has discussed at a meeting with Special Envoy of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Lithuania Ričardas Degutis the organizational aspects of the preparation of the International Ukraine Reform Conference, as well as current issues of Ukraine-EU cooperation.
“On October 10, Ukraine’s representative to the EU Mykola Tochytsky met with Special Envoy of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Lithuania Ričardas Degutis, who is preparing the International Ukraine Reform Conference, which is scheduled to be held in Vilnius in 2020,” the press service of the Ukrainian mission in the European Union said.
Degutis emphasized the priority of the Conference, which is considered in Vilnius as part of the overall strategy to support the reform process in Ukraine.
In turn, Tochytsky thanked Degutis for the consistent support of Lithuania to Ukraine both at the bilateral level and within the EU, especially in the context of confronting Russian aggression and introducing systemic reforms in the state.

THIRD INTERNATIONAL UKRAINE REFORM CONFERENCE WILL BE HELD IN CANADA IN 2019

Canadian Foreign Minister Chrystia Freeland has announced the holding of the third international Ukraine Reform Conference in Canada in 2019. Canada is pleased to host the next conference, she noted at the second international Ukraine Reform Conference in Copenhagen (Denmark).
