The Odesa Investment Congress 2026, dedicated to Ukraine’s investment potential and new regional development strategies, will take place on July 10 in Odesa at the SPATIUM Hotel, according to the event organizers.
The national-level congress is organized by DMNTR Media Group, with SPATIUM Group serving as the general partner. The event will be the Odesa leg of the UBC project and will be held in Odesa for the first time.
Developers, investors, architects, urban planners, representatives of the government, the international community, the banking sector, and the business community, as well as designers and brokers from various regions of Ukraine, are invited to participate.
The Odesa Investment Congress 2026 will focus on investment trends for 2027–2030, the profitability of various asset types, developers’ expansion into new regions, site evaluations, project risks and payback periods, as well as the integration of UNESCO heritage preservation with modern urban development.

The Investment and Construction Congress (IBC) and the Real Estate Market Awards (REM Awards) ceremony, the main award in the Ukrainian real estate market, will take place on March 26, 2026, in Kyiv at the Parkovy Exhibition Center, according to the organizers.
According to the announcement, the event will last from 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. in both offline and online formats. The venue will be the main hall “Chasha” (3rd floor) of the Parkovy Exhibition Center.
The organizers expect more than 6,000 participants, including developers, investors, architects, business owners, and top management. On December 18, 2025, the Ukrainian Building Awards 2025 took place at the Hyatt Regency Kyiv hotel, which became the final and key event of the professional year for the architectural, construction, development, and design community of Ukraine.
The event brought together 939 industry representatives — developers, architects, designers, business leaders, as well as representatives of communities and state institutions.
The Ukrainian Building Awards goes beyond a classic awards ceremony and serves as a platform for professional dialogue, recognition, and the formation of industry standards in the context of the country’s transformation.
The event began with a musical performance by Dima Prokopov, a moment of silence, and the performance of the National Anthem of Ukraine.

The founder of the award, CEO of the DMNTR media group Igor Parubsky, Igor Guda (Creator-Bud), Tetiana Skrypka (Metinvest, Steel Dream project), Yevhen Metsger (Ukrfinzhytlo), and chief architect of the city of Kyiv Oleksandr Svistunov.
