Starting October 1, 2026, Euroins Ukraine Insurance Company will begin independently serving customers under health insurance policies, while the assistance company Ensuria will act exclusively as a technology and medical partner.
According to the insurer’s website, the companies are transitioning to a new format of cooperation in the field of medical assistance. Preparations for these changes are already underway.
From now on, “Euroins Ukraine” will fully control the quality of customer service by interacting directly with policyholders. The insurer will take over the operations of the contact center (calls and chats), the processing of inquiries, the organization of assistance, and the reimbursement of expenses exceeding established limits.
At the same time, “Euroins Ukraine” will continue to use the Ensuria platform. For its part, the partner will focus on developing digital solutions (a mobile app), providing telemedicine services, and expanding the medical network. Ensuria will also handle direct payments to medical facilities and process claims within the established limits.
“We want to keep service, the organization of care, and the customer experience in our own hands—this is our responsibility to the customer,” notes Myroslav Boichyn, Chairman of the Board of Euroins Ukraine Insurance Company. “At the same time, we rely on the reliable technologies and medical services of our partner, Ensuria.”
The announcement emphasizes that the transition to the new format will not cause any inconvenience for clients or partners. All existing contracts remain in effect; there is no need to renew them.
