On October, 24 and 25 «The Kyivan Rus Park» invites everybody to a grandiose event of the autumn – Ukrainian Open Horseback Archery Championship «The Scythians».
The best horseback archers of Ukraine – prize-winners of international championships will take part in the competition.
Experienced virtuoso athletes dressed in historical costumes will compete in the accuracy of shooting with traditional (historical) bows on horseback at full gallop. It is an incredibly difficult task for the participants of the competition, and at the same time, an exciting show for the audience!
Also the guests will see the demonstrative performances of actors-stuntmen of the horse-trick theatre on the virtuoso possession of different medieval weapons.
The sportsmen and the actors-stuntmen will perform in a tandem with the unique horses of historical breeds gathered from all over the world in the Princely stable. Some of these horses can be seen nowhere else in Ukraine because they were brought to our country in a single number. The horses can be palmed, taken a photo with, ridden on a horseback or in a carriage.
In between competitions, the guests will find a bright entertainment program on a historical theme with equestrian performances and ancient Slavic funs.
The event is held in accordance with the requirements of the quarantine regime.

President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky and President of Poland Andrzej Duda will hold a meeting in Kyiv on October 12, the presidential press service of Ukraine said.
“On October 12, a meeting will take place between President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky and President of the Republic of Poland Andrzej Duda, who will be in Ukraine on an official visit,” the service said in the statement.
According to the presidential website, the official meeting ceremony will take place at Mariyinsky Palace, where the signing of Ukrainian-Polish bilateral documents will also take place.
In addition, on October 13, Zelensky and Duda will visit Odesa, take part in the work of the Ukrainian-Polish economic forum.

Kovalska Industrial and Construction Group intends to invest $ 70 million in the construction of five business centers in the Unit.City innovation park, CEO of the group Serhiy Pylypenko has said at a press briefing.
“The Kovalska team will undertake the construction of a cluster, which, in particular, will include five business campuses with a total area of 70,000 square meters. Investments in the development of the innovation park from the group will exceed $70 million. The project is expected to be completed in four years,” a press release from the company says.
Pylypenko noted, joining the project as a 100% campus investor will allow the company to gain a foothold in the status of a professional commercial real estate developer.
All properties are expected to be certified according to the Leed Silver green standard. To develop the projects, Kovalska involved the Polish architectural bureau APA Wojcoechowski and the international engineering company TEBIN.
“Thanks to its financial, technical resources and its construction capabilities, Kovalska fully takes control of this project – from the concept to the completion of construction and management,” Pylypenko said, stressing that the company is a 100% investor in the project.

An airport for unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) may be built in Kyiv by 2025, said head of the All-Ukrainian Federation of UAV Owners, DJI distributor in Ukraine, Taras Troiak.
“We have a Quadroport project that we want to build in Kyiv. This will be the first drone airport where it will be possible to test any type of UAV (…) This is an ambitious project. We plan to build it by 2025. There is a small component there so far, but we look at development and realize that it is necessary,” he said during the Infrastructure Digital Day on Tuesday.
According to him, the UAV market in Ukraine will reach about UAH 500 million in 2020.
“This year it has grown 2.5 times compared to last. And next year we already hope that the market will be more than UAH 1 billion,” he said.
