UKRAINE PRODUCES 170,000 TONNES OF SUGAR BY OCT 12

Sugar production in Ukraine as of October 12, 2020 amounted to 168,400 tonnes.
According to a report on the website of the Ukrtsukor National Association of Sugar Producers, as of the indicated date 20 sugar factories were operating in the country, which processed 1.25 million tonnes of sugar beets.
As reported with reference to Ukrtsukor, the sugar beet processing season in Ukraine started on September 5.
Sugar production in the country in 2020 is projected at 1.2 million tonnes, which is 15% less than a year earlier. It is expected that 33 sugar factories will operate this season, at the level of last year.
According to the State Statistics Service, in 2020 the area sown with sugar beets amounted to 218,900 hectares, at the level of last year.

Sugar production in Ukraine as of October 1, 2020 amounted to 92,600 tonnes.
According to a report on the website of the Ukrtsukor National Association of Sugar Producers, as of this date, 15 sugar factories were operating in the country, which processed 719,000 tonnes of sugar beets.
As reported with reference to Ukrtsukor, the sugar beet processing season in Ukraine started on September 5.
Sugar production in the country in 2020 is projected at 1.2 million tonnes, which is 15% less than a year earlier. It is expected that 33 sugar factories will operate this season, at the level of last year.
According to the State Statistics Service, in 2020, the area sown with sugar beets amounted to 218,900 hectares, at the level of last year.

Sugar production in Ukraine as of September 28, 2020 amounted to 70,200 tonnes.
According to a Tuesday posting on the website of the Ukrtsukor National Association of Sugar Producers, 12 sugar refineries were operating in the country, which processed 548,900 tonnes of sugar beet.
As reported with reference to Ukrtsukor, the sugar beet processing season in Ukraine started on September 5.

Sugar production in Ukraine as of September 22, 2020 amounted to 28,000 tonnes.
According to a report on the website of the Ukrtsukor National Association of Sugar Producers, as of this date, nine sugar factories were operating in the country, which have processed 236,500 tonnes of sugar beets.
The sugar beet processing season in Ukraine started on September 5.

Sugar production in Ukraine as of September 14, 2020 amounted to 7,950 tonnes.
According to the report of the Ukrtsukor National Association of Sugar Producers, published on its website, as of this date, three sugar factories were operating in the country, which have processed 80,900 tonnes of sugar beets so far.

As reported, with reference to Ukrtsukor, sugar production in the country in 2020 is projected at the level of 1.2-1.3 million tonnes, which is 15% less than a year earlier.

UKRAINE PRODUCES FIRST TONNES OF SUGAR OF NEW SEASON

Sugar production in Ukraine as of September 8, 2020 amounted to 1,050 tonnes.
According to the report of the Ukrtsukor National Association of Sugar Producers, as of this date one sugar refinery in the country – Radekhiv Sugar LLC – is operating, which has processed 17,400 tonnes of sugar beet by now.
As reported with reference to Ukrtsukor, sugar production in the country in 2020 is projected at the level of 1.2-1.3 million tonnes, which is 15% less than a year earlier.
It is expected that 33 sugar refineries will operate this season – the same number as last year.
