DIM Company announces the beginning of strategic partnership with TASkombank, within the framework of which special privileges are provided for the purchase of real estate in DIM residential complexes, the press service of the developer reported.

Eco-complex business class Park Lake City became the first project from the portfolio of projects of the company DIM, where there are exclusive terms of purchase and payment for real estate. DIM Group was founded in 2014 and specializes in the full cycle of development, including design, construction and property management. During this time, the company has commissioned 15 houses in eight LCDs, a total of 3,640 apartments, built more than 332.7 thousand square meters of residential and commercial space. In 2024 DIM commissioned 1191 apartments in three complexes – New Autograph, Lucky Land and Park Lake City. Six residential complexes of “comfort+” and “business class” category are under construction: Metropolis, Park Lake City, Lucky Land, A136 Highlight Tower, Olegiv Podil, The One.
The National Bank of Ukraine (NBU) has imposed penalties on TAScombank, as well as financial companies “Ap. Mi. Finance” and “Hertz” for a total amount of UAH 272 thousand, stated on the website of the regulator.
“TASkombank” was fined for UAH 170 thousand for providing the NBU with statistical reporting data in violation of the procedure for their formation, which led to repeated provision within six months of reporting data with insignificant errors.
Meanwhile, Ap. Mi. Finance” and “Hertz” were fined UAH 51 thousand each for late submission of reports: for December 2023 and January of the current year, respectively.
These decisions were made on the basis of the results of off-site monitoring within the framework of the payment infrastructure oversight function and came into force on March 25, 2024.
Violators are obliged to pay the fine within five business days from the date of receipt of the relevant decision of the regulator.

Shareholders of TAScombank (Kyiv) at a general meeting on June 14 will consider approving profit for 2021 in the amount of UAH 456.062 million and directing 44%, or UAH 200 million, to the formation of reserves.
According to the bank’s announcement in the information disclosure system of the National Securities and Stock Markets Commission, the remaining profit of UHA 256 million is planned to be left undistributed.
The bank also plans to refuse to pay dividends to shareholders based on last year’s results.
As reported, in 2020, the bank’s net profit amounted to UAH 381.112 million.
According to the NBU, at the beginning of 2021, the main owner of TAScombank was Sergiy Tigipko (99.93% of shares).
According to the NBU, as of March 1, 2022, TAScombank ranked 16th (UAH 30.632 billion) in terms of total assets among 69 banks operating in the country.
KSG Agro agricultural holding increased the multicurrency credit line at TAScombank (Kyiv) from $12 million to $18.5 million, the company said in a report published on the website of the Warsaw Stock Exchange on Monday.
“We can use these lines for sowing and harvesting […] In addition, one of the goals of increasing the credit line is to refinance foreign exchange obligations and hedge currency risks,” Chairman of the Board of Directors of KSG Agro Serhiy Kasianov said.
He said that part of the funds is also planned to be used for further reconstruction and modernization of the pig breeding farm in the village of Nyva Trudova (Dnipropetrovsk region).
According to the report, hryvnia equivalent for the volume of the credit line is UAH 522 million, the term is three years. The interest rate was not disclosed.
As reported, in April 2020, KSG Agro increased the existing credit line at TAScombank by almost $4 million, to $12 million.
The vertically integrated holding KSG Agro is engaged in pig breeding and production, storage, processing and sale of grain and oilseeds.
TAScombank and Raiffeisen Bank Aval (both are located in Kyiv) signed an agreement with the Entrepreneurship Development Fund on Thursday, May 14, on participation in the Affordable Loans 5-7-9% government program to support small and medium-sized businesses, Director of the Entrepreneurship Development Fund Ruslan Hashev has said.
“Today we sign agreement with two new banks. These are TAScombank under 5-7-9% rates and Raiffeisen Bank Aval as participants,” he said during a roundtable conference of the Financial club on Thursday.
Hashev said that as of May 14, due to frequent refusals from banks, just 452 loans were issued under the Affordable Loans 5-7-9% program. The main reasons for the refusals were the non-compliance of the borrowers with the criteria of the program or the requirements of banks, as well as the previous ban on combining different types of support.
The net profit of TAScombank in January-September 2019 amounted to UAH 327.462 million, which is 19.2% more than for the same period in 2018 (UAH 274.662 million), the bank reported in its quarterly statements.
According to the report posted on the bank’s website, its net profit for July-September 2019 amounted to UAH 204.185 million, which is 1.9 times more than in the third quarter of 2018.
Net interest income for the nine months increased by 28.1% compared to the corresponding period of 2018, to UAH 993.742 million.
The bank’s assets increased by 2.6%, to UAH 18.170 billion, in particular loans to customers by 0.5%, to UAH 12.468 billion.
The bank’s liabilities since the beginning of the year have grown by 0.8%, to UAH 15.714 billion.
The bank’s net worth for this period increased by 15.8%, to UAH 2.457 billion. Charter capital remained at the level of UAH 1.153 billion.
According to the NBU, as of January 1, 2019 the main owner of TAScombank is Sergiy Tigipko (99.93066% of the shares).
TAScombank ranked 17th among 76 operating banks as of July 1, 2019 in terms of total assets (UAH 19.062 billion), according to the National Bank of Ukraine.
