“Nova Poshta” increased its network of branches and post offices to 37.2 thousand in 2024

Last year, Nova Poshta, the leader in express delivery in Ukraine, increased the number of branches and post offices in Ukraine by 10 thousand compared to 2023, to 37,210 points, the company’s press service reports.

“Over the past year, the network of Nova Poshta branches and post offices in Ukraine has increased by more than 10 thousand units, bringing the total number to 37,210 service points,” the company said on Tuesday.

This includes the opening of 1,747 branches last year and the installation of 8,410 post offices across the country, the press service of Nova Poshta said.

Despite the difficult security situation, including regular enemy shelling, the company continued to develop its network in the frontline areas: in 2024, it opened 1214 service points there, most of them in Kharkiv, Dnipro, and Zaporizhzhia regions.

Last year, investments in the development of Nova Poshta’s network of branches and post offices increased by 35% year-on-year to UAH 1.8 billion.

As of the beginning of 2025, Nova Poshta’s network consists of a total of 13,208 outlets and 24,002 post offices. It covers more than 10 thousand settlements in Ukraine.

This year, the company plans to increase the number of service points in Ukraine by another 11 thousand and allocate UAH 1.2 billion in investments, the press service said.

In Kyiv, Nova Poshta has opened the first barrier-free branch with all the conditions for comfortable service for people with disabilities. Its area is 709 square meters. The branch is equipped with adapted furniture, has a wide entrance without a threshold and automatic doors with a sound beacon. A digital assistant has been set up in the branch. Investments in its arrangement amounted to UAH 32 million.

In 2024, Nova Poshta, the leader of express shipments in Ukraine, increased the volume of shipments by 16% compared to 2023 – up to 480 million shipments.

“According to the results of 2024, Nova Poshta set a new record for parcel delivery – 480 million shipments. This is 16% more than in 2023, when Nova Poshta transported 412 million parcels,” the company’s press service said on Tuesday.

The number of international parcels delivered by Nova Poshta in 2024 increased by 86% compared to 2023, to 19 million. The company delivered 4 million international shipments between countries.

The company’s customers ordered goods from China, the US, Poland, and the UK. The most popular items were cases and covers, headphones, T-shirts, children’s accessories, and household items. The favorite stores of Ukrainians in the NP Shopping service were eBay, Amazon, Zara, H&M and Nike.

“Ukrainians are a people who like to look good, dress stylishly and read a lot. At the same time, they are happy to print something on a 3D printer,” Nova Global (a division of Nova Poshta) reported on Linkedin.

According to the data, in 2024, 57% of goods were ordered by Ukrainians in the United States, 19% in Poland, 10% in the UK, and 9% in Germany.

Last year, Ukrainians most often received clothes, household goods, decorative cosmetics, spare parts and components for various equipment, shoes, household items, and food at Nova Poshta offices, the company said.

“Nova Poshta” launches preferential delivery for military

“Nova Poshta has joined the “Plus” preference program in the Army+ mobile app for military personnel, which allows them to send and receive cargo up to 30 kg for 1 hryvnia at offices in the frontline regions: Sumy, Kharkiv, Donetsk, Zaporizhzhia, and Kherson, the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine reported on Monday.

“Nova Poshta, just like the military, understands that every second is worth its weight in gold. Especially in the delivery of valuable, necessary and symbolically important things for the defenders of Ukraine. A generator, a Mavic or even a child’s drawing that is dear to the heart. The main principle of “Plus” is to be a warm, humane service for the military. And this principle coincides with the principles of Nova Poshta. Therefore, we are glad that they have joined our program,” said Deputy Minister of Defense for Digitalization Kateryna Chernogorenko.

To use the service, it is enough to generate a barcode in the application and show it to the branch operator, who will activate the offer, the Ministry of Defense telegram channel reports.

The “Pluses” program in the Army+ mobile application for military personnel is based on cooperation with businesses and provides them with a number of preferences in everyday life. In particular, in December 2024, Ukrzaliznytsia joined the program by introducing a special reserve of tickets for the military and Ukrnafta by providing discounts on fuel and 30% off the menu of filling stations.

Nova Poshta opens 31st post office in Moldova

Nova Poshta, the leader in express delivery in Ukraine, has opened a new post office in Balti, Moldova, bringing its total number of post offices in the country to 31.

“We have opened a new post office in the Moldovan city of Balti. Branch No. 4 at 8/4 Stefan cel Mare Street became the 31st Nova Poshta branch in the country. In the branch, you can send and receive parcels up to 30 kg,” the company said in a telegram.

“Nova Poshta has been operating in Moldova since 2014. At the very beginning, the company opened three branches in the country: in Chisinau, Cahul and Balti. In 10 years, Nova Poshta has increased their number to 30, opening three sorting terminals.

In the first half of 2024, Nova Post Moldova delivered 1.1 million parcels. In 2023, the company delivered 1.2 million parcels. Nova Post Moldova is among the three fastest delivery companies in Moldova.

“Nova Poshta” has launched 1 MW solar power plant

Nova Poshta, the leader in express delivery in Ukraine, has launched a 1 MW solar power plant (SPP).

“A megawatt power plant has been launched on the roof of Nova Poshta’s Kyiv Innovation Terminal. The field of solar panels stretches over an area of 5 thousand square meters,” the company’s co-owner Volodymyr Popereshniuk wrote on Facebook on Monday.

The total investment in the project amounted to UAH 14 million.

The expected payback period is three years.

Popereshniuk announced plans to install industrial uninterruptible power supply systems and energy storage equipment to improve the efficiency of energy facilities.

“The key to the growth of investments in our energy independence, in particular, was the abolition of VAT on imports of energy equipment. We were able to launch our energy program, develop renewable energy sources and reduce consumption from the general power grid,” said the co-owner of Nova Poshta.

As reported, in April 2023, in response to Russian strikes on the power grid, Nova Poshta established Nova Energy to develop regular electricity generation and ensure the autonomy of the company’s facilities. Since August, the company has been selling small wholesale diesel fuel on the open market.
