Der ukrainische Präsident Wolodymyr Selenskyj unterzeichnete ein Gesetz über die Beschlagnahme von Eigentumsrechten der Russischen Föderation und ihrer Einwohner in der Ukraine.
„Die gewaltsame Beschlagnahme von Eigentumsrechten der Russischen Föderation und ihrer Einwohner in der Ukraine erfolgt ohne jegliche Entschädigung (Erstattung) ihres Wertes angesichts des umfassenden Angriffskrieges, den Russland entfesselt hat und gegen die Ukraine und das ukrainische Volk führt. Die Entscheidung über die Zwangsbeschlagnahme von Eigentumsrechten der Russischen Föderation und ihrer Einwohner in der Ukraine wird vom Nationalen Sicherheits- und Verteidigungsrat der Ukraine angenommen und durch ein Dekret des Präsidenten der Ukraine in Kraft gesetzt.

German Chancellor Olaf Scholz believes that at the current stage, to resolve the situation in Ukraine, the most urgent task is a ceasefire.

He once again stated that NATO would not take a direct part in the conflict, because „this would lead to a sharp escalation of this difficult situation.“
„That’s why now there will be no decisions that would lead NATO member states to become involved militarily in this confrontation,“ Scholz explained.
He said that NATO plans did not include the deployment of missiles in Ukraine, noting that Russian President Vladimir Putin „had concerns“ about this.
„No one had such plans,“ the chancellor said.
At the same time, he called the supply of weapons to Ukraine „the right step“ in connection with „Russia’s actions against Ukraine.“
According to the German media, Berlin is ready to send Soviet-made missiles to Ukraine, which were stored in the warehouses of the former East Germany. In particular, 2,700 Strela air defense systems, as well as 500 American Stingers and 1,000 units of anti-tank systems are ready for shipment.
However, according to media reports, the Federal Security Council has not yet approved this move.
Scholz said that Germany has already begun to replace some of the volumes of Russian gas with supplies from other sources.
„We have prepared to buy gas elsewhere, we have done so and continue to do so,“ he said, adding that gas, oil and coal purchases in Russia continue.
The chancellor stressed that the decision to suspend the certification of the Nord Stream 2 gas pipeline is „timely“ as a response to Russia’s actions in Ukraine.

„Wir erkennen die europäische Perspektive der Ukraine an. Wir begrüßen, Herr Präsident, den Antrag der Ukraine auf Kandidatenstatus und werden gemeinsam auf dieses Ziel hinarbeiten. Man werde und müsse die Zukunft gemeinsam meistern „, – sagte sie am Dienstag in Brüssel während einer außerordentlichen Sitzung des Europäischen Parlaments, die infolge der russischen Aggression gegen die Ukraine einberufen war.
In der an den Präsidenten der Ukraine gerichteten Anrede versicherte sie: „Das Europäische Parlament unterstützt Sie beim Kampf ums Überleben in diesem dunklen Moment unserer Geschichte … Beim Europaparlament finden Sie stets einen Bündnispartner, eine Bereitschaft zur Kommunikation mit Europa und der ganzen Welt sowie Ihre Kameraden „.
Die Ukraine verkaufte 2021 Industrieprodukte (Waren und Dienstleistungen) im Wert von 3,584 Bio. UAH, was um 44,5 % mehr ist als im Jahr 2020 (2,481 Bio. UAH), davon 1,019 Bio. UAH außerhalb des Landes, teilte der Staatliche Statistikdienst am Freitag mit.
Nach seinen Angaben stieg der Umsatz der verarbeitenden Industrie im Dezember 2021 im Vergleich zum Dezember 2020 um 31,8 %. Der Umsatz der mineralgewinnenden Industrie stieg im Dezember 2021 im Vergleich zum Vorjahresmonat um 18,1 %, der der verarbeitenden Industrie um 34,8 %.
Gegenüber dem Vormonat (Dezember gegenüber November 2021) stieg der Umsatz in der mineralgewinnenden Industrie um 5 %, der in der verarbeitenden Industrie um 10,7 %.
Der größte Anteil am Gesamtumsatz mit Industrieerzeugnissen im Jahr 2021 entfiel auf die verarbeitende Industrie (61,3 %), die Energieversorgung (21,5 %), den Bergbau und die Gewinnung von Steinen und Erden (16,1 %) sowie die metallurgische Produktion (16,0 %).
